Quality Planner m/f/d (Quality Manager)

Our customer is a large manufacturing company active in the field of metal processing, both nationally and internationally.

The gross monthly salary is between 4,500 EUR and 6,300 EUR depending on qualification and experience.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for quality advance planning (APQP) from the quotation phase to series release
• Coordination of quality-relevant requirements with customers as well as ensuring internal implementation
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of inspection plans, inspection instructions, and quality plans based on customer requirements and risk assessments
• Execution and moderation of risk analyses (e.g., FMEA) as well as derivation of effective quality measures
• Management of the quality-relevant project handover to series production and support during the series ramp-up
• Evaluation of product and process changes as well as continuous optimization of inspection and quality standards
• Analysis of quality and process key figures as well as implementation of sustainable improvement measures
• Participation in KVP and optimization projects in close cooperation with the specialist departments
• Support in supplier development, audits, as well as ensuring seamless quality documentation and traceability

What distinguishes you:

• Completed technical training in the metal processing sector or comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by further training as a Techniker or Meister
• Several years of experience in quality management as well as sound knowledge of quality methods
• Confident handling of quality standards and regulations
• Experience in quality management or as a quality auditor is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office as well as ideally experience with D3 and ERP systems
• Good written and spoken English skills as well as willingness to undertake occasional business trips
