Your area of responsibility:

• Overall responsibility for the successful execution of customer projects as the central point of contact
• Horizontal leadership, coordination, and control of all departments involved in project implementation
• Ensuring project goals regarding quality, deadlines, and costs throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Proactive risk, escalation, and measure management to sustainably ensure project success
• Representation of customer interests within the company and continuous development of processes and workflows
• Functional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the project management team
• Leadership, development, and resource management of the team in project management, including budget responsibility
• Control and implementation of customer projects
• Regular project controlling, reporting, and stakeholder management towards customers, company management, as well as internal and external project partners
• Proactive risk, measure, and escalation management
• Moderation of workshops

What you bring to the role:

• Completed studies in a technical or business administration field or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a project-oriented industrial environment
• Proficient use of MS Office, MS Project, as well as ideally ERP systems
• Business fluent English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
• High flexibility as well as willingness to travel nationally and internationally
