Job Summary Support quantity surveying and project operations by managing progress claims, assisting with measurements and technical drawings, and maintaining project documentation to ensure accurate and timely project delivery. Responsibilities Prepare and manage progress claims to ensure accurate billing and cash flow Assist in taking off measurements for work completed on site to support project costing Submit claims and verify claim disputes both internally and externally to resolve discrepancies Assist in creating and modifying technical drawings using AutoCAD for project requirements Support tender bill of quantities (BQ) preparation and take off drawings for projects on an ad hoc basis Maintain and organize project documentation to support smooth operations Provide site teams with project information, including server-based drawings, to facilitate project execution Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a local construction firm Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD software
