Planner (m/f/d) Operational Purchasing

What to expect:

• Independent execution of material planning
• Checking, coordinating, and aligning requirements
• Monitoring and ensuring delivery dates and deadlines
• Ensuring material availability in close cooperation with production planning
• Obtaining and evaluating offers as well as maintaining material master data
• Processing complaints and working closely with quality assurance
• Active inventory management to optimize stock levels
• Analysis and resolution of disruptions in the supply chain
• Supporting strategic purchasing in the further development of material and supplier strategies
• Participation in value analysis and cost optimization projects

What you bring to the role:

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training, ideally supplemented by further training in purchasing or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in operational purchasing
• Strong technical understanding
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Confident appearance, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a holistic and solution-oriented mindset
• High willingness to learn, teamwork skills, and resilience
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Proficient use of common MS-Office applications as well as ideally experience with SAP (MM module)
