Job Description

• Designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models and artificial intelligence-based solutions.
• Analyzing and processing data to identify trends, dependencies, and opportunities for business improvements.
• Creating and verifying prototype solutions (Proof of Concept) in the field of Machine Learning and Data Analytics.
• Preparing models for production deployment, including validation, testing, and documenting solutions.
• Monitoring the quality, effectiveness, and performance of models after deployment and recommending optimization actions.
• Collaborating with R&D, IT, and business teams in identifying and implementing initiatives utilizing AI and data analysis.
• Participating in Code Reviews and ensuring the high quality of developed solutions.
• Preparing recommendations and presenting conclusions resulting from data analysis.

Qualifications

• Higher education in the field of computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in designing and implementing Machine Learning solutions.
• Very good knowledge of Python and popular libraries related to data analysis and machine learning.
• Experience in data preparation, training, validation, and deployment of ML models.
• Knowledge of issues related to model monitoring and the process of deploying solutions to production environments.
• Ability to conduct data analysis and translate analysis results into business recommendations.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Ability to work in a team, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
• Communicative knowledge of English.
