Job Description
Tasks that await you:
- Analysis of the efficiency and profitability of logistics processes – you monitor key operational indicators, identify areas requiring improvement, and support business decision-making based on data.
- Preparing reports, analyses, and forecasts – you create summaries, reports, and analyses based on large datasets, providing valuable information that supports operational activities.
- Maintaining and developing data in analytical systems – you update data and assumptions in Business Intelligence tools, ensuring their consistency, timeliness, and high quality.
- Supporting the fluidity of operational processes and monitoring key indicators – you continuously track operational results, analyze KPIs, identify potential risks and deviations, and support actions that ensure the smooth flow of logistics operations.
- Supporting the optimization of logistics processes and systems – you participate in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions that increase operational efficiency.
- Cross-departmental cooperation – you collaborate with IT teams and operational areas, ensuring a smooth flow of information and the implementation of joint projects.
- Ensuring data quality and problem-solving – you monitor data correctness in systems, analyze the causes of irregularities, and support corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications
What we expect from you:
- Highly developed analytical skills – you can draw conclusions from data, identify dependencies, and translate analyses into concrete business recommendations.
- Good knowledge of Excel, including VBA – you work efficiently with large datasets, create advanced reports, automate processes, and utilize analytical functions and macros.
- Knowledge of MS Power BI – you can create clear reports and dashboards that support performance monitoring and operational decision-making.
- Knowledge of production and warehouse issues – you understand the processes occurring in a logistics and operational environment and the dependencies affecting the efficiency of goods flow.
- Teamwork skills and a proactive attitude – you enjoy collaborating with different departments, independently initiate improvement actions, and effectively complete assigned tasks.
- Knowledge of the English language – allowing for work with documentation and tools.
Nice to have, but not required:
- Knowledge of SQL, AI tools, MSX/DAX, Power Apps
