Production Line Operatives

Immediate Starts (Headcorn) Berry Recruitment is seeking hard-working, reliable and organised Production Line Operatives to join our client based in Headcorn, on the outskirts of Maidstone. These are long-term, ongoing roles with genuine opportunities for permanent contracts and internal progression. What you'll be doing You will support various stages of the production and packing process, including: * Boxing bottles on a conveyor belt and placing them into cases * Stacking completed boxes onto pallets * Sorting and checking fruit for quality * Filling and sealing bags with product * Manually loading machines with fruit, plastic bottles and other materials * Cutting strips and de-folding/collapsing cardboard bin covers These tasks require good attention to detail, a steady work pace and the ability to work as part of a team.
