Requirements:
- Bachelor in Law / Accounting / Finance / Risk Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance and/or Risk Management
- Experienced in managing HIGGS Index, ISO in the Garment and/or Textile industry
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Experience handling ISO, HIGGs (FEM&FSLM), GRS/RCS, Oeko-tex, FSC Certification (preferred)
- Mandarin language skills (Plus point)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage Operation Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and Legal operations
- Supervise and manage all operations risk, internal audit, compliance and legal
- Ensure all company operations comply with standards
- Analyze and discuss how existing and new regulations may impact the company
- Liaise with third parties (regulators, auditors, etc.) related to compliance fulfillment
- Maintain Proper Documentation of Audit Working Papers and Audit Program
- Maintain Legal documents and manage company permits
