Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

1.Production Planning : Plan manpower, machinery, and Analyze and improve all production process and achieve established targets 2.Efficiency & Cycle Time : Continuously analyze and improve cycle times and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) 3.Technical Support: Foundational knowledge of Blow Molding 4.Cost & Scrap Control: Monitor and improve machining process quality to reduce waste costs arising from technical issues 5.People Development: Develop the skills of technicians and production staff, while overseeing workplace safety in operational processes

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Manufacturing) or a related field Experience in manufacturing processes and operations (plastic packaging) Technical Skills : Foundational knowledge of Blow Molding Can communicate in English language and a strong enthusiasm for learning new technologies Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills Experience with SAP program and MS Office
