Recuirement: Senior architect are architects with extensive industry experience

• Develop and interpret a range of structural designs and also act as mentors, managers and advisors
• Wiling to work in offices and onsite, ensuring the cohesion of their team, and overall project success.
• Responsible for architectural direction, coordination and decision authority in their respective design teams
• Maintains an awareness of business issues, the general economy, and the construction industry in general
• Regularly communicates project objectives and developments with all participants, including the client, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Serves as a resource to project team members and clients, and is accountable for their general and specific

pertormance.

• Has a good attitude and good communication skills

Job Description:

• We are searching for an experienced senior architect to oversee the company's new construction projects
• As the senior architect, you will mentor other Architects, interpret client briefs, and review contracts and designs.
• You Should have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of CAD software, and the ability to handle negative feedback
• To be successful as a senior architect, you should display great interpersonal skills and be able to relay important information.
