• You ensure that the daily HR operations run smoothly and that the systems are always up to date.
• You tackle whatever arises along the way. No two days are the same, and you enjoy solving new things.

Requirements

Qualifications

• You take initiative yourself and see solutions where others see problems.
• You collaborate well and can juggle many balls in the air at the same time, with candidates, managers, and colleagues.
• You have worked with recruitment before.
• If you know the industry, it is a big plus.
• You quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
• You speak and write Norwegian and English well. If you also speak Polish, it is a clear advantage.
