Logistics Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

We are looking for our future Logistics Manager within the UAP Fabrication Plaques. In this role, he/she will define, coordinate, and optimize the management of metal flows within their UAP and supervise a team of two logistics technicians.

Your main missions will be as follows: Analyze and manage the metal flow on a daily basis (management of nominal values and stock objectives)

Define and adapt the implementation solutions for the flows of their UAP, taking into account machine specificities, customer requirements, and exceptional constraints.

Develop, lead, and monitor the weekly production plan

Be the primary contact for projects and events impacting production (product launches, internal trials, etc.)

Ensure the interface with the Industrialisation and Achats Métal departments

Manage their team (annual reviews, skills development, etc.) and lead the department (flash meetings, suggestions, 5S, KPI monitoring)

Monitor the KPI related to their activity and define then drive continuous improvement actions (Kaizen, 8D) Coordinate activities with the UAPs upstream and downstream of the production process

Organize and coordinate external supplies of plaques

Guarantee the compliance and consistency of processes with SOX financial procedures

Supervise the reception and shipping activities of plaques (flows external to the factory)

Your Profile: You hold a Bac +5 in the field of Supply Chain/Logistics, ideally with management experience.

You are proficient in IT tools, notably Excel and Access, and are able to communicate easily in English, both written and spoken.

You are recognized for your commitment on the ground, you understand industrial challenges, and you stand out through your rigor and leadership.
