HSEQ Manager Position Overview

Taking responsibility for the day-to-day HSEQ processes and procedures Maintaining and developing Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems Ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation and company standards Carrying out audits, inspections and investigations where required Supporting and maintaining the company's Quality Management System Supporting ISO 9001 compliance and auditing activities Identifying opportunities to improve HSEQ processes and procedures Implementing corrective and preventative actions where required Promoting high standards of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance Working independently and taking ownership of the HSEQ function Supporting the continued growth and development of the business

HSEQ Manager Position Requirements

NEBOSH or IOSH qualification is essential Previous HSE/HSEQ experience within a manufacturing environment Experience within a Quality role would be advantageous Knowledge of ISO 9001, with auditing experience desirable Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation, processes and procedures Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Proactive approach with a desire to develop and improve HSEQ standards Suitable for an experienced HSE/Quality professional looking to step up into an HSEQ management position Based in a commutable distance of Ellesmere, Shropshire

Competitive salary Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00.
