We are looking for a Store manager to join our store in Palaio Faliro. .

You will contribute to ensuring the commercial goals of the store in accordance with operational procedures, ensuring its successful operation, providing an excellent shopping experience to our customers through effective sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales targets through training, motivation, coaching, and providing feedback to sales assistants
• Monitoring and recording sales
• Maintaining the store in excellent condition and adhering to visual merchandising standards
• Responsible, under the supervision of the District Manager, for the selection of sales staff (sales assistant and warehouse workers)
• Guarantees excellent customer experience service, of which they are an ambassador, by personally performing sales activities
• Monitoring inventory and recording needs
• Resolving issues related to the smooth operation of the store
• Taking initiatives to improve sales
• Organizing staff training and development
• Analyzing staff performance

Required Qualifications:

• Work experience in a similar position
• Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Consistency, responsibility, and team spirit
• Ability to take initiative
• Very good knowledge of English
• Use of PC in a Windows environment (MS Office)
