Bench IT require an experienced 2nd line Support Engineer to help support our portfolio of IT support and service provision.

The role will have a primary focus, joining our onsite team that supports a large financial organisation in the city, however your flexible nature, coupled with your technical skills, will help our short-term, field-based, project works to successful conclusions.

These additional project-based assignments will be out in the field, and may include many different supporting roles, such as deployments, re-configurations and beyond. We would anticipate that throughout the year, you would participate in project work about 30% of your time, they rest is spent onsite with your primary customer, supporting them with IT support diagnostics and resolutions.

To succeed in the role, you must combine a number of differing personal and technical attributes:

• a can-do attitude
• impeccable customer service experience, across a wide range of culturally diverse customer cultures
• Strong IT support skills
• Comfortable working field-based for short periods of time
• Must have Driving Licence and vehicle due to ad-hoc nature of field-projects
