Admin & Customer Services (Central World and Ratchada branches)

BellyBurn Pilates Lab is a downtown Pilates studio Looking for someone who loves service and understands the concept of “Premium Experience” To be a customer experience caretaker, ensuring that every visit to BellyBurn feels comfortable and special.

Main Responsibilities

• Respond to customer chats on all channels (LINE / IG / FB / Walk-in) professionally
• Welcome and take care of customers within the studio professionally
• Provide clear and polite information regarding classes, class schedules, packages, and promotions
• Recommend classes or workout styles that suit the customer's goals and needs
• Communicate with customers with a Premium, Friendly, and professional tone
• Coordinate with instructors and the team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Enter customer information into the CRM system

FULL-TIME - Additional incentives provided according to company rules - Can attend studio Pilates classes as appropriate

• Work 8 hours per day, including lunch break
• Work 6 days per week

Qualifications: Has a Service Mind and truly loves service work Polite, well-mannered, good-natured, good communicator, and Friendly Experience in Service / Hospitality / Wellness / Fitness / Luxury Retail will be specially considered Experience in Pilates practice (specially considered) Does not need to be in sales, but must have good recommendation skills Good English communication skills (there are foreign customers) Can work in shifts and work on Saturdays–Sundays Is a fitness enthusiast
