Brand Manager
About the role We're looking for a Brand Manager who can own the Bells brand system end to end — across all three sub-brands — and who is equally comfortable managing a website launch and standing on-site at a training centre reviewing a kiosk installation. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the centre of the Bells brand rollout — spanning digital brand execution (websites, programme pages), physical brand experience (centre branding, kiosks, experiential walls), and the ongoing marketing engine (testimonials, collateral, campaigns) that keeps each brand alive day to day. You'll work directly with senior brand and marketing leadership, coordinating designers, developers, print vendors, and centre teams to bring a locked brand system to life consistently — online and in person — across every touchpoint a learner encounters, whichever Bells sub-brand they meet first. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end execution of Bells websites and programme pages — homepage, About Us, Contact Us, and all course/programme pages — across Bells School of AI, Bells School of Finance, and Bells Academy, coordinating information gathering, content, Figma design, dev handover, staging, and go-live against a live project tracker.
Ensure every page reflects locked, approved copy and the correct brand system for its sub-brand exactly — verbatim accuracy on approved lines is non-negotiable.
Coordinate with content, design, and tech stakeholders to keep multiple programme pages moving through the pipeline in parallel across all three brands without missing deadlines.
Drive the physical rollout of Bells brand guidelines across all training centres — managing video recce, floor plans, design concepts, approvals, print production, and installation end to end — tailored to whichever sub-brand a centre or zone represents.
Own the Centre Branding Playbook and ensure it is replicated consistently across centres, each on its own rollout timeline.
Lead kiosk branding standardisation — from pilot through to uniform rollout across all centres.
Build out the Testimonials Playbook into a repeatable, business-as-usual process across all Bells sub-brands — covering collection (video and static, via structured intake forms), consent tracking, and editing.
Own the On-Ground Collateral / BTL Playbook — flyers, notice boards, hiring and recruitment posters, and event materials — for both marketing and centre/ground-sales needs, across all three sub-brands.
Act as the day-to-day guardian of the Bells brand system — the master brand and each of its three sub-brands — ensuring consistent, correctly-differentiated application across every digital and physical touchpoint.
Maintain and report against the brand ops tracker, proactively surfacing blockers, delays, and dependencies.
About you 4–6 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or brand operations, with exposure to both digital execution (websites, content, campaigns) and physical/experiential branding (retail, centre, event, or environmental branding).
Degree holders (preferably in Marketing)
Background in education or edtech is a plus, but not essential.
Experience managing more than one brand or sub-brand at a time is a strong plus.
Strong project management instincts: comfortable owning a tracker with 15–20+ concurrent workstreams, each at a different stage, without letting anything slip.
Working knowledge of how signage, kiosks, and print production actually get made — from concept and design through to approval and installation.
Comfortable reviewing and giving feedback on website and programme page content, with an eye for consistency, tone, and brand fit.
Fluent with AI tools for everyday content, design, and editing work — drafting and refining copy, generating and iterating on visual concepts, and speeding up edits.
Excellent stakeholder management — able to work confidently with founders and leadership as well as designers, vendors, and ground teams.
Meticulous and self-directed: flags issues before they become problems, and can be trusted to represent the brand accurately without constant sign-off.
