Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and skin assessments for patients seeking non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s skin condition, facial features, and aesthetic goals.
• Perform injectable aesthetic treatments, particularly skin boosters and botulinum toxin injections, in accordance with clinical standards and professional qualifications.
• Clearly explain treatment procedures, potential risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare to patients.
• Apply knowledge of skin science and facial aesthetics to achieve natural-looking, balanced results.
• Collaborate with nurses and clinical staff to provide safe, coordinated patient care.
• Conduct post-treatment evaluations and follow-ups.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records and protect patient confidentiality.
• Participate in internal training and clinical quality improvement activities.
• Maintain professionalism, ethical conduct, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Hold a valid medical license and the required authorization to practice.
• Have a recognized medical degree and formal medical training.
• Have at least 2–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics, with a strong focus on injectable treatments.
• Have hands-on experience in skin booster and botulinum toxin injections.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions, and facial anatomy relevant to safe injection practices.
• Possess sound aesthetic judgment and the ability to assess facial proportions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Be competent in patient assessment, identifying contraindications, and recognizing and managing treatment-related complications.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build patient trust and manage expectations.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to structured training programs and clinical protocols.
