Promotions and Sales Manager

About the company

DJI develops drones, cameras, and stabilization systems that allow for exploring new ways to create and capture images. At BIT, we are looking for a person to lead the promoter team for the DJI project and strengthen the presence of its products in stores.

Your tasks

YOUR OBJECTIVE Ensure the coverage and performance of the promoter team, drive the achievement of sales goals, and guarantee consistent commercial execution at the assigned points of sale.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, shift assignment, attendance control, and evaluation of promoters.
• Distribute sales objectives by store and promoter, analyze results, and implement improvement actions.
• Train the team on products, sales techniques, customer service, and promotional activities.
• Conduct store visits and field accompaniment to strengthen commercial performance.
• Supervise displays, prices, promotional materials, and campaign execution.
• Maintain a close relationship with store managers and section heads to facilitate operations.
• Follow up on sales, inventories, shortages, slow-moving products, and competitor actions.
• Coordinate the resolution of incidents with the corresponding areas.
• Drive motivation, development, and retention of the team.

Requirements

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in retail sales and point-of-sale operations.
• Experience managing promoter teams and following up on commercial objectives.
• Background in technology, consumer electronics, appliances, fast-moving consumer goods, or related sectors.
• Ability to analyze sales data and convert it into concrete actions.
• Leadership, communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Result-oriented and ability to resolve incidents in the field.
• Availability to visit multiple stores and travel when the operation requires it.
• Fluent English.

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 25 and 45 years
• Knowledge: Team management, Result orientation, Point of sale, Technology, Objective-based work, Sales, Execution
• Driver's licenses: A
• Availability to travel: Yes
