*Join Our Team at The Happy Baker! * _Full-Time Baker (Minimum 30 Hours/Week)_

The Happy Baker is a _from-scratch_ bakery that takes pride in crafting artisan breads, fresh breakfast pastries, decorated cakes, and so much more - all made in-house, in small batches, every single day. Nothing comes out of a freezer here - just real ingredients, real skill, and a whole lot of heart.

We?re looking for a *Full-Time Baker* to join our hardworking, passionate team. If you love the craft of baking and want to be part of a place where quality and creativity matter, this might be the perfect fit for you.

*What You?ll Do:*

• Mix, shape, and bake a variety of artisan breads, cookies, pastries, and cakes
• Decorating cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream and edible toppings like flowers
• Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies (e.g. chocolate ganache, caramel sauce and fruits)
• Recommend recipes to renew our menu and attract more customers (e.g. gluten-free or vegan)
• Work with a team that values skill, care, and consistency
• Operate professional kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• Contribute to an environment that?s as positive as it is productive

*What We?re Looking For:*

• Relevant baking or pastry experience - this isn?t your average bake-off
• Willingness to work *overnight shifts* (typically starting between 9 PM and midnight) and *weekends*
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork
• A genuine passion for baking from scratch
