Responsibilities and assignments

Main Activities

• Checking import documents and entry into SAP;
• Creation of shipments in SAP;
• Checking and entry of payments;
• Shipment monitoring and follow up;
• Accountability control;
• Follow up with agents, customs brokers, terminals, and carriers;
• Control and management of samples.

Requirements and qualifications

Mandatory requirements

• Currently pursuing higher education in Administration, Administration with an emphasis on Foreign Trade (or related courses), International Relations.
• Office Package;
• Intermediate English.

Desirable requirements

• Knowledge in Power BI;
• Knowledge in SAP.
