Tasks

• Creation and continuous updating of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project

• Development of baseline schedules based on coordinated project data

• Creation of S-Curves as well as progress and trend analyses

• Monitoring project progress and analyzing schedule deviations

• Identification of risks and development of suitable countermeasures

• Creation of reports and dashboards for stakeholders

• Organization and moderation of planning and progress meetings

Profile

What you bring with you

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH/Bachelor) in the field of engineering or a comparable discipline

• At least 5 years of professional experience in project planning for construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects

• Very good knowledge of Primavera P6 as well as MS Project and experience in creating S-Curves

• Experience in project management as well as in an industrial environment

• Corresponding English skills in speaking and writing

This is an advantage

• Focus of training in mechanical engineering

• German language skills

• Experience in international matrix organizations

• Knowledge in risk analysis and progress visualization

• Strong communication and moderation skills
