Tasks

• Development and further development of modern algorithms for the analysis of digital 2D and 3D image data

• Integration of complex software solutions into user-friendly special machine applications

• Implementation, testing, and validation of the developed solutions on machines and systems

• Optimization of existing algorithms, applications, and software functions

• Independent conception and implementation of new features

• Close cooperation with the areas of software development, PLC programming, robotics, and product management

• Coordination of technical solutions with internal specialist departments as well as customers

• At Senior-Level: Verification of new algorithms for the AMT Software Library as well as technical support and further development of less experienced team members

Profile

What you bring with you

• Completed technical education in the field of computer science, software development, or a comparable specialization (e.g., HTL, FH, or equivalent training)

• Knowledge or practical experience in software development with C#

• Interest in industrial image processing, automation, and innovative technologies

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

• Good English skills in speaking and writing

This is an advantage

• Initial programming experience with C# (Junior-Level)

• Professional experience in software development, ideally in a technical or industrial environment

• Experience in the development of complex software solutions

• Knowledge in industrial image processing, especially with HALCON

• Experience in working with customers and interdisciplinary teams

• Occasional willingness to travel
