About the Role: We’re looking for an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our thriving Tempe center. You’ll be joining a collaborative environment with two experienced BCBAs already on site — professionals who take pride in fostering an inclusive, supportive, and high-quality care culture. In this role, you’ll work in-center, providing behavior analysis, supervising RBTs, and helping children reach meaningful milestones. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: $95,000–$105,000 per year (based on experience)

Assist in creating guidelines and processes for this center and future centers
Small caseloads to support high-quality ABA therapy
Dedicated operations and corporate team to manage admin, onboarding, hiring, etc., so you can focus on your ABA team and clients
What You'll Do: Conduct assessments and design data-driven treatment plans
Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of implementation
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain high ethical and clinical standards
Contribute to an environment of teamwork and professional growth
Requirements: BCBA certification given by the BACB
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona
