Job Scope:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, cash management, and SOP compliance
- Drive sales on the floor, achieve targets, and resolve customer issues
- Manage inventory, covering receiving, replenishment, stock counts, loss prevention, and visual merchandising
- Plan staffs schedules, and lead, train, and motivate the team
- Monitor sales performance and recommend improvements
