The company Befon, as a strategic partner of Enerwave, a leading electricity and natural gas production and supply company, is interested in immediately hiring employees for the Enerwave stores in the areas of Peristeri, Pangrati, Piraeus, and Chalandri. The ideal candidate will contribute to the achievement of corporate goals by building and maintaining good relationships with existing and potential customers. Basic Responsibilities: Promotion and sale of Electricity & Natural Gas products and related services that are part of the company's commercial activity Customer service and complaint management Effective management of requests, within the framework of excellent customer service Settlement of bills and support for daily transactions Retention of existing customers and informing them about new services & promotional actions
