About the company

We are Flytour Consolidadora, one of the leading tourism consolidators in Brazil, part of the BeFly ecosystem. We distribute air tickets for more than 60 national and international airlines, serving approximately 6 thousand travel agencies.

Your tasks

• Execute the commercial strategy defined for your area/segment/region
• Work with travel agencies in the distribution of air tickets
• Prospect the market and identify new business opportunities
• Qualify and select strategic leads
• Contact clients and present personalized proposals
• Highlight benefits and differentiators of the offered services
• Negotiate commercial conditions
• Act with cross selling of products/services
• Manage client relationships, aiming for retention and satisfaction
• Contribute to the increase of market share and company results

Requirements

• Completed higher education
• Fluent English
• Intermediate Office Package (with focus on Excel)
• Experience in the commercial area (B2B)
• Experience with technology, APIs, and system integration
• Knowledge of digital solutions or technological platforms
• Experience with CRM and pipeline management
• Intermediate/advanced Excel (data analysis, reports, etc.)
