Responsibilities and assignments Check the main activities of this position: Execute the commercial strategy defined for your area/segment/region Work with travel agencies in the distribution of air tickets Prospect the market and identify new business opportunities Qualify and select strategic leads Make contact with clients and present personalized proposals Highlight benefits and differentiators of the services offered Negotiate commercial conditions Work with cross selling of products/services Manage client relationships, aiming for retention and satisfaction Contribute to the increase of market share and company results
Requirements and qualifications Liked it?! Let's move forward, understand what we expect from you: Completed higher education Fluent English Intermediate Office Package (with focus on Excel) Experience in the commercial area (B2B) Experience with technology, APIs and system integration Knowledge in digital solutions or technological platforms Experience with CRM and pipeline management Intermediate/advanced Excel (data analysis, reports, etc.)
