Responsibilities and duties Responsible for serving travel agencies that seek through Reservia the issuance of national and international hospitality, individual hospitality, bus tickets and travel insurance, car rentals through Maisfly. Quotation, alteration/cancellation, issuance of hospitality, competitor analysis, answering questions from travel agencies via telephone, e-mail and WhatsApp. Resolution of processes with the hotel/supplier in case of cancellation/alteration, offline issuances, contact with international hotels. Collaboration with internal areas, such as operations, finance and etc. Acting with brokers and international hotels directly via service channels ensuring offline issuances and delivery to clients.

Requirements and qualifications Higher education completed or in progress. Experience in the Hospitality area. Knowledge of the tourism market, preferably B2B. Knowledge of Brokers for international reservation issuance. English advanced conversation level. Experience in service via telephone, WhatsApp and e-mail. Intermediate level knowledge of Pacote Office, especially Excel. Ease of learning for competitor analysis, including price comparison, margins, commercial conditions.
