Senior Bilingual Emergency Corporate Travel Consultant - Flytour Business Travel - BeFly

Responsibilities and assignments

Check the main activities of this position:

• Emergency service to corporate clients via telephone, email, and online systems.
• Issuance, rebooking, and cancellation of national and international airline tickets.
• Hotel reservations, vehicle rentals, and other travel services.
• Support in critical situations such as: canceled flights, last-minute changes, missed connections, emergency reacommodations, and VIP/executive service.
• Acting according to clients' corporate travel policies.
• Negotiation with airlines, hotels, and suppliers.
• Complete registration of services in internal systems.
• Guaranteeing a high level of quality, agility, and problem resolution.

Requirements and qualifications

• Solid experience in corporate travel and emergency service;
• Advanced knowledge in national and international airline issuance and reissue;
• Experience with GDS: Sabre and/or Amadeus;
• Advanced or fluent English for bilingual service;
• Availability for shifts, on-call duties, and alternative hours.
