Responsibilities and assignments

Check the main activities of this position:

• Provide personalized consultancy for corporate and individual clients, understanding their travel needs and expectations;
• Provide customer service via telephone, email, and chat, ensuring agility, quality, and excellence in support;
• Perform quotation, reservation, issuance, and reissuance of air and land services for national and international travel;
• Perform control and monitoring of queues in GDS, portals, OBT tools, and email inboxes;
• Provide continuous support before, during, and after the trip, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and satisfactory experience for the client.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education or currently studying in Tourism, Hotel Management, Administration, or related areas;
• Intermediate/advanced English;
• Knowledge and experience with GDS systems Amadeus and/or Sabre;
• Experience with OBT tools, such as Argo, Filas Concur, and Lemontech;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills;
• Organized, proactive profile, with a sense of priority and focus on delivery quality.
