About the job

The position of International Education Consultant Sr is fundamental to driving the commercial results of STB – BeFly. This person will be responsible for providing consultative service to clients interested in exchange programs, mapping profiles, objectives, and budget to indicate the best destination and course options, conducting presentations of schools and universities abroad, and acting in higher complexity negotiations. They will also support the manager in monitoring goals, ensuring sales funnel management in the system, and participating in events and store promotion actions.

Responsibilities and duties

Check the main activities of this job:

• Provide consultative service to clients interested in exchange programs.
• Map the client's profile, objectives, and budget to indicate the best program and destination option.
• Conduct detailed presentations of courses, schools, universities, and application processes.
• Act in higher complexity negotiations, ensuring the balance between client satisfaction and the company's commercial policies.
• Support the store manager in monitoring goals and results.
• Monitor the entire sales funnel in the internal system, ensuring information updates and pipeline control.
• Participate in events, fairs, and store promotion actions.

Requirements and qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative sales in exchange programs;
• Solid track record of achieving goals and commercial results;
• Excellent verbal and written communication;
• Organization, analytical vision, and negotiation skills;
• Advanced English.

Differentials:

• International experience (as an exchange student or academic).
• Knowledge of application processes for schools abroad.
• Knowledge in Higher Education and other types of complex programs.
