Senior Bilingual Implementation Analyst - Flytour Business Travel - BeFly

Responsibilities and assignments

Check the main activities of this position:

• Project management for the implementation of corporate clients, conducting stages from kickoff to production entry.
• Leadership of calls for project conduction, preparation of minutes, agendas, and project schedule. Interaction with internal and external clients to map project needs, designation of responsible parties, and deadlines.
• Organization and close monitoring of the schedule to ensure that processes are carried out according to agency standards and client policy, within established deadlines, guaranteeing quality in the final delivery; Monitoring the project with focal points in the post-implementation phase to ensure the delivered project is in accordance with what was mapped between the parties, also acting in notifying those responsible if adjustments are necessary.

Requirements and qualifications

• Previous experience in project management and customer service;
• Experience with English for writing and conversation (advanced/fluent);
• Knowledge of the corporate tourism market;
• Experience with the implementation of global or multinational accounts.

Differential:

• Knowledge of Spanish;
• Knowledge of OBT (Online Booking Tool) systems and GDS.
