Production Supervisor

Source, evaluate, and purchase materials, parts, and services, liaising with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and delivery, and issuing purchase orders and processing billing. Drive and support the ERP project, ensuring production, inventory, and procurement workflows are accurately captured and maintained in them system. Maintain inventory by ensuring parts in use are always in stock, conducting regular stock counts, picking and issuing parts to requestors, and keeping inventory locations accurate and organised. Plan and manage production schedules to meet timelines, output targets, and KPIs. Manage, supervise, and develop the production team, and lead production meetings. Screen, interview, and support the hiring of production staff. Liaise with engineers and Mechanical Engineering (ME) on new builds, repairs, and assembly, coordinating technical requirements and timelines for smooth production flow.
