Job Summary
Join Beehive Fulfillment as a Warehouse Operations Executive to support e-commerce warehousing and logistics through efficient inventory handling, order fulfillment, and coordination with delivery partners.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Warehouse Management System on computer and handheld device (training will be provided)
- Receive incoming shipments, check quantity and condition of items received
- Label products where required and put away at designated locations of the warehouse
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with couriers and external delivery service providers to facilitate smooth dispatch or receipt of parcels /shipments
- Manage online shops as required
- Office administrative duties
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior work experience in e-commerce warehouse or logistics industry is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office applications to support operational tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while taking ownership of assigned tasks
