Senior VAL Operator, Operations

Location: Greenwich Drive Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Senior VAL Operator – Operations to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations, operational efficiency, and service quality. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations from inbound to outbound. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality of fulfilment processes. Resolve operational issues promptly. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness. Drive process improvements and achieve key operational metrics. Build strong relationships with internal and external customers. Train and guide operations teams on best practices, company policies, and service excellence. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Manage employee training and development. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management. Good understanding of inbound and outbound warehouse processes. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Ability to lead, train, and develop team members. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
