• You are the driving force behind our Managed Services, developing standardized, reusable service offerings that are technically well-thought-out, economically viable, and ISO 20000-compliant - and you help to position these successfully with the customer.
• You design and maintain our Managed Services and ensure their continuous development within the service catalog.
• You translate customer requirements into clear, actionable service concepts - together with Sales, Service Delivery and Operations.
• You create Service Design Packages and accompany the handover to Operations and Service Management.
• You support Sales in placing our services with the customer - based on sound expertise and in an advisory capacity.
• You shape standards, processes and templates in Service Design and drive innovations that measurably improve our service quality.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Several years of professional experience in Managed Service / IT Service Management
• Experience in consulting or PreSales is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Service Design and Service Lifecycle according to ITIL
• Understanding of service architectures, operating processes and customer requirements
• Good English skills and a structured, proactive way of working
• You think in services instead of projects - and you love making added value visible for customers.
