• You are the central contact person (f/m/d) for events at the Neckarsulm location.
• In doing so, you take care of the development of event formats and advise our specialist departments with regard to the implementation of their events.
• Your tasks include the planning and organization of in-person, online or hybrid events as well as conferences in close cooperation with the technical-content managers.
• You coordinate external service providers and internal partners as well as interfaces.
• Last but not least, you ensure a smooth event process and maintain constant budget control of the projects.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in the described field of responsibility
• Sound know-how in the organization of in-person, online or hybrid events
• Project management knowledge
• Good Office and English skills
