• You are the contact person when it comes to the development and implementation of a global Finance-Process-&-Systems strategy in line with the Bechtle Vision 2030 and drive the harmonization and optimization of central end-to-end finance processes (e.g., R2R, O2C, P2P, Plan-to-Perform).
• Whenever it comes to the further development of the finance system landscape, you actively shape it, especially in the context of SAP S/4HANA, BI-Tools and Bechtle-specific platforms, and contribute your expertise to the group-wide S/4HANA alignment.
• You take care of the digital transformation in the finance area through the use of automation (RPA), AI-supported solutions and data standardization, as well as the integration of low-code platforms (e.g., Appian) into finance and approval processes.
• In your position, you ensure compliance with compliance, tax and accounting regulations in an international corporate structure and work closely with IT, Controlling, Accounting as well as international companies.
• You support the construction of automated finance processes using the managed services infrastructure of the Bechtle Remote Operations Center (ROC) and contribute best practices from large-scale ERP and data harmonization programs.
• Last but not least, you manage transformation projects, establish global governance models and actively participate in the group-wide SAP S/4HANA alignment based on the expertise of the SAP@Bechtle Competence Center (S/4HANA, SAP HANA, Application Services).
• You take over the construction and leadership of a team of Process Experts, System Specialists and Business Analysts, thereby creating the foundation for a sustainable further development of the department.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Finance Process Management or Finance Systems, ideally in an international IT or service environment.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations as well as the integration of finance and ERP systems.
• Strong process understanding and sound know-how in automation technologies. Additionally, you bring extensive project management skills and experience in matrix organizations.
• Very good English skills as well as strong communication skills at management level.
