• You take care of in-depth error analysis and troubleshooting, processing complex Incidents and Problems as well as RCAs escalated from the 2nd Level.
• You independently take responsibility for the planning and execution of system upgrades, patches and migration projects.
• You develop and maintain automation scripts to make recurring tasks more efficient and optimize processes.
• You implement security policies and measures and actively support internal as well as external audits.
• You monitor current technology trends, evaluate new solutions and contribute innovative ideas to continuously develop our systems further.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Several years of professional experience in support, administration or projects in the Datacenter environment
• Sound IT basic knowledge and enjoyment in dealing with new topics and technologies
• Very good knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Storage, Virtualization, Backup solutions, Network, Microsoft, Cloud technologies
• Very good English skills
• Personally, we particularly like your independent, process-oriented and structured way of working.
