• You analyze and resolve complex malfunctions and perform RCA analyses.
• You operate and maintain our server, storage, network and virtualization environments.
• You identify anomalies early through the evaluation of monitoring data and logs.
• You coordinate escalations with 3rd-level support and external service providers and document the solution paths.
• You maintain technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles in our knowledge base.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Several years of professional experience in the support or administration of datacenter infrastructures
• Sound IT basic knowledge and enjoyment in dealing with new topics and technologies
• Very good knowledge in at least two of the mentioned areas: Storage, Virtualization, Backup solutions, Network, Microsoft
• Good English skills
• Personally, we particularly like your independent, process-oriented and structured way of working.
