• You are responsible for leading a multi-level department - in doing so, you specifically develop leaders and strengthen independent action at all levels.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• A completed degree, such as in BWL, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field, forms the basis of your profile.
• Several years of leadership experience across multiple teams and management levels as well as proven success in the further development of organizations shape your profile.
• Sound practical experience in a high-volume trading or order management environment (e.g. B2B, Retail or E-Commerce) gives you confidence in everyday operations.
• Business fluent English skills enable you to collaborate confidently in an international environment.
• A clear, structured and developing leadership style, paired with high implementation strength and the willingness to consistently drive topics down to the detail, completes your profile.
