Business analyst (senior) - Corporate actions

About the company

You will join our Corporate Actions team. The team works with requirements and customer-facing activities related to corporate actions. The Business analyst role offers hands-on work with customer incidents, refinement of tasks and requirements, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing with customers. Your direct manager will be Ali Razvi.

**BEC is in the process of being acquired by our largest customer and co-owner, Nykredit, which is Denmark's largest mortgage provider and third-largest bank. We will become part of a new and larger organization called Nykredit Financial Technologies. In the transition phase, we are recruiting for roles that we expect to be highly needed in our future organization.

Your tasks

*Primary tasks and responsibilities include **

• Respond to and follow up on incidents reported by customers.
• Analyze and drive refinement of requirements related to Corporate Actions
• Perform business gap & impact analysis and process mappings.
• Support quality assurance of the team’s solutions.
• Plan and conduct internal testing & user acceptance testing (UAT) with customers.

Requirements

*To succeed you will have **

• A structured approach and an interest in working with documentation, notes, and detailed processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with investments and markets.
• Danish language skills.
• Experience with ISO15022 & ISO 20022 protocols.

*It's nice-to-have **

• Experience with corporate actions and corporate actions event lifecycle.
• Jira, Confluence
