H BEAUTY VELONAS, a company of the BVELO Group, exclusive representative of the viral brands MUA Greece & my7DAYS in Greece, Cyprus & Bulgaria, is growing and looking for the next member of its team for the position of Sales Administrator in the heart of Thessaloniki.
Your tasks
💼 Your role in the team As a Sales Administrator, you will be a key member of the team, contributing to the efficient daily operation of the sales department and the excellent service of our partners and customers.
You will work closely with the CX and Logistics teams, ensuring smooth order management and an efficient flow of information.
🎯 Your key responsibilities
- Entry, management, and monitoring of customer and B2B partner orders.
- Supporting the sales team in daily administrative and organizational processes.
- Communication with customers and partners via telephone and email.
- Order management and data updates via ERP.
- Managing requests, monitoring pending items, and resolving daily issues.
- Creating and updating files, reports, and sales data using Excel and Ai tools.

🔎 What we are looking for in you
- Very good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good knowledge of English, in both written and spoken form.
- Ability to multitask and correctly prioritize tasks.
- Team spirit, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with ERP.
- Previous experience in Sales Administration, Order Management, or Customer Service will be appreciated.
