Job Overview As a Hairstylist, you?ll provide attentive customer service and personalized hair styling while helping maintain a welcoming, organized salon experience. You?ll communicate clearly with clients, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable services and retail products.

Duties

• Consult with clients about their desired look, explain styling options, and deliver services with care and attention to detail.
• Provide color, different techniques of highlighting, haircuts, blow out and style.
• Maintain clean workstations and tools, following consistent sanitation practices throughout the day.
• Recommend relevant services and products through helpful, customer-focused upselling and retail sales.
• Support front desk tasks, including welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, and sharing updates with colleagues.Your impact: Thoughtful service and clear communication help clients feel confident and keep the salon running smoothly.

Requirements

Experience Required: Practical hair styling, customer service, communication, and sanitation capabilities support safe, attentive appointments and a positive client experience. Preferred: Related hairstyling or salon experience, along with strengths in retail sales, upselling, and front desk support, can help you contribute across the client journey and assist colleagues with daily salon operations.
