*Key Responsibilities:*

• *Driving and Delivery:* Safely operate a 1-ton cargo van and up to a 2-ton cube truck to deliver products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• *Loading and Unloading:* Efficiently and safely load and unload products, adhering to best practices for securing items and following all loading/unloading procedures.
• *Equipment Operation:* Utilize warehouse equipment including manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and forklifts. Operate power tailgates safely and in accordance with procedures.
• *Warehouse Software:* Use warehouse software for tracking deliveries, managing inventory, and documenting delivery details.
• *Customer Service:* Provide outstanding customer service by interacting professionally and courteously with clients and addressing any delivery-related concerns or issues.
• *Safety Compliance:* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques.
• *Vehicle Maintenance:* Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.

*Qualifications:*

• *Experience:* Proven experience as a delivery driver with a clean driving record. Experience with 1-ton cargo vans and 2-ton cube trucks is required.
• *Certifications:* Valid driver?s license with the appropriate class. Certificates in the operation of manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and power tailgate loading procedures are required.
• *Skills:* Proficiency in using warehouse software and strong knowledge of loading/unloading procedures. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• *Customer Service:* Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• *Physical Stamina:* Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting, carrying, and working in various weather conditions.
