Vice President, Project Finance credit

Permanent headcount, based in Singapore Banking industry Candidates must have relevant transactional or credit/ portfolio management experience in project finance and/or leveraged finance

Responsibilities would include: Prepare credit applications, risk assessments, and financial/sensitivity analyses for a portfolio of structured, project, and blended finance transactions Distil complex credit structures into clear, approver-ready applications Manage timely circulation, review, and approval of credit applications and consent requests Partner closely with Credit and origination teams; respond promptly to credit-related queries Provide regular portfolio updates and escalate material risks to Team Lead/Head of CPM Ensure regulatory and policy compliance across the portfolio; support audit and remediation efforts Deliver accurate, timely reporting to regulators, head office, and internal stakeholders Work both independently and collaboratively, sharing knowledge and best practice

Profile of ideal candidate: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in credit analysis and portfolio management, with structured/project finance as a core strength; digital infrastructure exposure a plus. Strong credit judgment across complex capital structures, collateral pools, and bespoke financing Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proven stakeholder management with senior stakeholders, credit committees, and control functions Excellent verbal and written communication skills
