Treasury & Balance Sheet Management Lead – Fintech

Senior leadership opportunity Own funding, liquidity & balance sheet strategy High visibility role Our Fintech client is looking for a Treasury & Balance Sheet Management Lead to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you'll lead funding, liquidity and balance sheet management. You'll drive ALCO, ICAAP, FTP, IRRBB and stress testing, oversee treasury front-to-back office, and own MAS regulatory compliance and treasury systems. You will have the opportunity to lead and be involved in treasury-related projects and initiatives. The successful candidate comes with at least 10+ years in bank treasury across front, middle and back office, with strong knowledge of MAS frameworks (LCR, NSFR, ILAA, Notices 649/651/656). Experience in ALM, funding strategy and systems like QRM is key. Digital bank or fintech exposure is a plus. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills are a pre-requisite for the role.
