Manager/Senior Manager – Business Analyst (Private Banking Deposits)

High growth opportunity Career progression Strong learning curve A reputable banking client is looking for a  Manager/Senior Manager, Business Analyst  to join the  Private Banking Deposits team. This is a newly-scoped role where the successful candidate will lead front-office analytics, a high-growth deposits book where you will shape reporting and pricing analytics, with daily exposure to the front office team. You'll own balance sheet analytics (profitability, ROA, FTP, RM cross-sell), maintain pricing grids and campaign publications, build dashboards and KPIs, support deposit campaign/FD rate ops, and track competitive market intelligence. The successful candidate should come with at least 6-8 years relevant experience in treasury, balance sheet management or analytics, strong Excel incl. macros (Qlik a plus). Banking experience will be preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management skills are a pre-requisite for the role. You will need to be commercially driven with strong business acumen, high emotional intelligence to engage effectively with bankers.
