Investment Analyst

Leading corporate finance advisory firm Permanent headcount based in Singapore Work on deals across M&A, Capital Raising, Venture & Growth deals across Series A/B, plus additional Single family office work 

Responsibilities: Work with founders, investors and corporates to execute high-impact transactions Support deal execution and origination, prepare client presentation materials, marketing related materials including teaser/ term sheets and reports Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential M&A transactions Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company-level research Support single family office work by looking into tech investments, deploying capital globally across venture and growth stage opportunities

Profile of Ideal Candidate: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Proven 2-5 years experience in investment banking, venture capital, corporate finance related work Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools Excellent research and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external stakeholders Korean, Mandarin or Japanese language ability would be an advantage for communicating with relevant clients, founders, investors and counterparties in connection with cross-border transactions.
